Skilled volunteer mediators are valuable resources to our community. Individuals who offer their time and talent as mediators find it a rewarding investment as they make a difference in people’s lives. We provide professional development and ongoing training, staff mentoring, and challenging opportunities for growth. "Behind-the-Scenes" DRC Angel (Volunteer Position)
If you have a skill or talent not listed above and are interested in volunteering at the DRC, we would love to have your help. We need all kinds of office help: stuffing envelopes, updating statistics, redesigning brochures, newsletter preparation, etc. We are a growing organization, and need volunteers from the community to continue to keep our fees affordable to all.
Board of Directors Membership
Another way to volunteer your time is through board service. We have a diverse working board that may provide an opportunity for you to further the mission of the DRC to strengthen relationships, families and communities in Kitsap County by bringing your knowledge of alternative dispute resolution and conflict resolution issues, your background, skills, and/or your experiences.
