The DRC, under a contract with the Salish Behavioral Health Organization, provides Behavioral Health Ombuds services to consumers of the public behavioral health system. Family members and those trying to access public behavioral health, are also eligible for Ombuds services. The Ombuds service areas are Kitsap, Clallam, and Jefferson Counties.
