For Professionals

The Dispute Resolution Center has trained hundreds of people to find new ways to deal with conflict at work, at school, and in their home. Conflict resolution skills are highly valued in many fields of employment.

In addition to receiving valuable life skills, students can receive clock hours, continuing legal education credit, and university credit for certain trainings.

Conflict Resolution Trainings

The DRC provides conflict resolution training to individuals and to organizations. Training participants learn essential skills through lecture, demonstrations, and role-play. The training structure gives participants significant opportunities to engage in practice. Conflict resolution skills are personally life changing for participants. Mediator Credentialing
Are you interested in fine-tuning and strengthening mediation skills? The DRC offers a continuing education program for individuals interested in further developing mediator skills after completing the 40-hour Basic Mediation training. For more information click on the Mediator Credentialing link.
